Teton XPF Series is a line of high-volume, direct-drive submersible centrifugal pumps built for large ponds, waterfalls, fountains, filtration systems, and de-watering applications. With a vortex impeller that handles solids up to 3/4″, stainless steel motor housing, and NPT discharge fittings, the XPF Series delivers industrial-grade performance in a fully submersible package. Teton XPF Series Direct Drive Vortex Submersible Pump is engineered for demanding high-volume water movement applications — large koi ponds, tall waterfalls, professional filtration systems, and de-watering situations where high flow, substantial head pressure, and debris tolerance are all required simultaneously.

The vortex impeller is the defining feature. Unlike standard centrifugal impellers that pull debris directly through the blades — risking clogging with leaves, algae mats, or small solids — the vortex impeller creates a rotating water column that moves debris through without direct impeller contact. Solids up to 3/4″ pass cleanly. This makes the XPF particularly valuable for pond-bottom installations, skimmer boxes with heavy leaf loads, and seasonal de-watering.

Direct drive construction delivers higher torque and greater head pressure than equivalent-wattage mag drive pumps. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel motor housing and fiber-reinforced plastic pump body are built for continuous submersed outdoor operation. A built-in thermal overload switch automatically shuts the motor down if it overheats and restarts when cooled, protecting the motor through heavy sustained use. NPT FPT discharge on all models accepts standard pipe fittings. 2-year warranty.
